Reservations, Rates & Contacts   

Villa Rental Rates

• High Season (December 15 to April 15, excluding Christmas & New Years) $3,500 U.S. per week.
• Low Season (April 16 to December 14) $2,500 U.S. per week.
• Christmas & New Years Weeks $4,500 U.S. per week.

Please note: Discounts are available for multiple-week bookings, the level of discount depending on the season and the number of weeks booked.  Contact us at any of the E-Mail addresses listed below to learn what discount level applies for the time period you are interested in.  Discounts are also available if less than four guests are in your traveling party.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be accompanied by a $1,000 U.S. deposit at the time of booking to hold the reservation (if reservation made more that 60 days in advance of the intended travel date).

Payment in full is required 60 days in advance of travel date, or, at the time the reservation is made, if within 60 days of travel date.

If a reservation is cancelled 90 days or more in advance of the travel date, a full refund will be given.

If a reservation is cancelled 30 - 90 days in advance of the travel date, the renter will forfeit the $1,000 U.S. deposit, the balance of any payment made will be refunded.

If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of travel date, the entire payment amount will be forfeited by the renter.  In this event, Villa Sunrise Management will undertake all reasonable affords to re-rent the Villa for the period in question, and, if successful, will pass on the net revenue from this re-rental to the original renting party.  Should extreme weather conditions in Sint Maarten make it impossible for you to travel to the island for your reserved time, you will be entitled to book any other available week within the same pricing category within the next 12 months as a replacement.

Payments may be made by U.S. Funds Bank Draft or by any of the available PayPal credit card or cash transfer options (click "Buy Now" icon below).
